I don't know a single person who doesn't like pizza. At least, there are no such people among my acquaintances and friends, and some of them adore her on a lush test. In many countries, such pizza is also cooked and served, and the thick sides left without filling are dipped in aromatic olive oil with thyme, rosemary, sometimes garlic and sea salt, and so they are eaten. As it turned out, this is incredibly tasty, be sure to try it on occasion.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, premium grade - 270 g
Warm water - 140 ml
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tsp
Dry yeast - 1 tsp

The dough is designed for one pizza with a diameter of 30 centimeters.

Prepare foods from the list. Please note that we take water in milliliters, not grams.

Sift flour into a deep container. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Most instant yeast on the market does not require pre-swelling and can be added directly to flour.

Now pour in good quality olive oil and warm drinking water.

Start kneading the dough. At first it is more convenient to do it with a tablespoon.

Then remove the remaining dough from the spoon and continue kneading with your hands. It should be very soft and elastic. If it sticks a little to your hands, then add just a little flour.

Cover the bowl of dough hermetically with cling film to keep oxygen out. Send to a warm place for exactly one hour.

Over time, the dough will greatly increase in size: twice, or even tripled.

It needs to be thoroughly kneaded again and you can proceed to further cooking.

Lush pizza dough at home is ready.

Prepare the pizza as usual. Sprinkle flour on a baking sheet, roll out the dough, form sides, lay out your favorite filling and, if desired, sprinkle with cheese. You need to bake at 200-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes without convection.
