Shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce is a very popular dish that is prepared not only in restaurants, but also in any bistro, and, of course, in countries where these crustaceans are caught.

Ingredients:

Large shrimps - 300 g

Garlic - 2 cloves

Cream 30% - 150 g

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Butter - 20 g

Parsley - a couple of twigs

How to cook:

Prepare foods from the list. If your shrimps are cooked-frozen, be sure to defrost them first and drain all the liquid completely. Dry them with paper towels. Peel the garlic, wash it with parsley under running water.

Preheat a skillet, put good quality butter in it, add garlic passed through a press.

Once the butter is completely melted, add the shrimp. Fry briefly on both sides, especially if pre-cooked.

Pour in heavy cream, stir gently, they should completely cover the seafood. Be sure to take with a high percentage of fat, otherwise 10-15% may curl when it gets into the garlic and the sauce will go unpleasant flakes, and the finished dish will not look very appetizing.

As soon as bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the cream, salt and pepper the sauce to taste, add chopped fresh parsley. Stir and turn off the stove.

Place the cooked shrimp in the creamy garlic sauce in a deep bowl. Garnish with a fresh parsley leaf and serve hot. As I wrote above, you can do it with a slice of grilled bread. And do not forget about napkins, they eat such shrimp by hand.
