Sour cream 20% fat - 200 ml.

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Wheat flour - 200 gr.

Salt - ΒΌ tsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Soda - on the tip of a knife

Vegetable oil for frying - 150 ml.

Break two chicken eggs into a deep container, shake them slightly. Pour the required amount of granulated sugar into the egg mixture. Be sure to throw in a pinch of salt.

Beat eggs with sugar and salt. It is not necessary to use an electric device for this, a hand whisk will suffice. After vigorous stirring, some of the granulated sugar will dissolve into the egg base.

Heat the thick sour cream a little in a microwave oven or in a water bath. The fermented milk product should be warm. The main thing is not to overheat so that the mass does not curl. Add warm sour cream to the egg composition.
