An adapted version of a kebab for city dwellers - in a pan. In the original, no egg, no bread, no flour are introduced into the minced meat, they use lamb, beef, veal. Substitute another type of meat if desired. Onions are not rubbed finely, they are chopped into cubes so that the pieces are felt and there is no juice (excess moisture). Before forming oblong products, the spiced minced meat with onions is carefully beaten, thus increasing the plasticity of the fibers and the kebab keeps its shape when frying or baking.

If you plan to pierce kebabs with wooden skewers, soak them in water beforehand - they will not burn.

Ingredients:

Ground beef - 400 g

Sheep fat or lard - 50 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Salt, black and red hot peppers - to taste

To cook lula kebab in a pan at home, take the products from the list. If fat tail fat is not as popular in your area as lard, then replace it. Natural fat should be added to the minced meat, which will enhance the taste, make the meat juicy and more tender, and the dish itself - nutritious and satisfying.

Choose good-quality ground beef or mince the beef loin yourself. Remove excessively rigid connective tissue / film beforehand.

Add a portion of chopped lard or fat tail fat to the minced beef or other meat.

Cut the onion into cubes, load it with the meat. Salt, add red and black ground pepper. It can be flavored with a mixture of hops-suneli, cumin, and other aromatic spices.

First, mix all the components. Then we beat off the lump, throwing it from palm to palm. Or we put the minced meat in a strong food bag, tighten the edges and hit the "bag" on the table top. This easy method allows you to form kebabs, meatballs, cutlets even without binding products (eggs, flour, rolls).

With slightly oiled or damp hands, we put portioned meat balls on skewers, ramming and pulling along, we sculpt long bars.

Fry the kebab in a frying pan with the addition of lean refined oil (hot) until dark crust, turn over.
