If you are already tired of New Year's salads and snacks and want something light, then you will definitely like the soup, namely my ear. I have my own recipe for making fish soup. It is a little unusual in that the soup contains not pieces of fish, but meatballs from fish fillets.
First, let's prepare a rich fish broth. To do this, you will need about 1 kg of small fish, the remains from butchering fish - tails, heads, abdomens, etc. Cook the fish in salted water over low heat for 40-60 minutes. It should be very boiled.
While the broth is cooking, cook the fish meatballs. For this we need about 500 grams of fish fillets (any). We pass it through a meat grinder, also pass one onion, add 1-2 eggs and a little flour. We form meatballs with wet hands.
The broth is ready, we filter it, and put the meatballs already. Cook them for about 10 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon. If you don't feel like bothering with meatballs, then just put large pieces of fish instead.
Now add one diced onion and 2-3 potatoes. You can add carrots if desired. When the vegetables are ready, return the meatballs (or pieces of fish) to the ear and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
The most delicious ear is obtained if you combine several types of fish. Bon appetit, friends!
