Pork - 500 g
Champignons - 150 g
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp l.

Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Water - 200 ml
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To cook juicy and mouth-watering pork with mushrooms, take the foods listed. Use a large skillet or cauldron, a container suitable for frying and stewing for a long time.
Choose refined lean oil, wheat flour for thickening the gravy, meat - boneless, spices - to your taste.
When planning a side dish, boil in parallel buckwheat, rice, bulgur or pasta.
If necessary, rinse the pork pulp, wipe with a napkin. Then chop a clean piece into cubes or bars of approximately the same size - these will be evenly fried and then steamed.
Sprinkle flour on the slices and stir, covering each piece with a flour layer. Shake off excess flour. With flour, the tomato gravy will come out thicker, a silky texture will appear.
Put the meat in flour breading in a hot frying pan with heated vegetable oil. We keep the heat high and fry for 3 minutes until a thin crust sets.
Add onions chopped with longitudinal feathers, stir again and continue frying at the same temperature for another 2-3 minutes. To the transparency of the onion.
Third, we throw the mushrooms, previously washed and cut into slices or in another way - not finely. Once again, turn everything over with a spatula and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Add thick tomato paste, stir, pass for about a minute.
Fill with boiling water, salt. Boil again, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for about half an hour or longer - depending on the hardness of the meat, try it periodically. At the end of the process, pepper the pork with champignons, season with your favorite spices.
Serve stewed pork with mushrooms in hot tomato sauce, garnished with fresh herbs.
