But you can fry a delicious, juicy pork kebab even at home in the oven and it will be no worse than on the grill, the only thing that is odorless is the haze.

Ingredients:
Pork neck - 700 g
Onions - 150 g
Seasoning for meat - 1 tsp
Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp
Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Grain mustard - 1 tbsp
Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list for making pork skewers. Pork neck with small layers of bacon is best suited, it is it that turns out juicy in the oven. Wash the meat, wipe dry with paper towels. Also peel and wash the onions.
In a convenient deep bowl, combine sour cream, soy sauce, mustard, butter, tomato sauce, seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
The marinade will turn out to be quite thick, but very tasty. The vegetable oil will help the seasoning absorb into the meat faster.
Cut the pork neck into medium pieces, about 3x3 centimeters in size. Transfer to marinade.
Stir the marinated meat thoroughly with a spoon or with your hands - whichever is more convenient for you, but so that each piece is well greased with it. Leave the pork to marinate for at least 30 minutes, although the longer, the tastier in the end.
While the meat is marinating, cut the onion into slices.
After a while, you need to carefully string the meat on bamboo skewers, alternating it with onions. Place the skewers on a baking dish. Pour some water inside the container so that the dripping marinade does not burn.
Send the construction to the preheated oven for 40 minutes. From time to time, the kebab can be turned over. If desired, 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, you can turn on the grill or convection and let the meat brown.
Serve ready-made pork skewers with herbs, fresh or pickled vegetables, lavash, favorite garnish or sauces.
