For most obese people, an elementary eating disorder is overeating. Having suffered on a diet, we return to our usual diet, which has already led us to excess weight and will lead us again.

Excess weight is, no matter how trite it sounds, one of the main sources that affect our health and, by no means, is not positive.

While we are young and careless, while the sores are not so noticeable, it seems to us that not everything is so scary. But imperceptibly, day by day, the problems are aggravated and now excess weight becomes the cause of problems with the heart, blood vessels, pressure, joints, veins. We are tormented by swelling, shortness of breath and a lot of other problems.

Let's think about your health first. And the first step to a long and fulfilling life will be losing weight.

I went all the way described above and came to understand the need to control my eating behavior, control weight.

Today, in the heading of cognitive pictures, I have collected information for you regarding increasing immunity. Take care of yourself and your health!

I'll go to the menu.

I got up early today specifically to make banana pancakes for breakfast. So I wanted pancakes and with a banana flavor for some reason. For two days I thought that I would cross, but no.

I made pancakes and ate 150 g with pleasure (this is 4 pancakes) with green tea - 230 kcal.

I will not publish the recipe for pancakes separately, because I was not completely satisfied with the resulting texture of pancakes - too tender and even a little tart, perhaps due to a banana.

And it turned out this way because I decided to exclude the egg from the recipe and put in 2 times less flour than I should have. Well, I love to experiment 🤷‍♂️.

Who cares and also want to experiment - I used 1 banana (150 g), a jar of soft cottage cheese (120 g), 1 sachet of sahzam, vanillin and 40 g of whole grain rice flour. She mixed everything and baked under a lid on both sides over low heat. I lightly greased the pan with olive oil.

Saturation with pancakes came quickly and I didn't want more than 4 pieces, but I also quickly wanted to eat, nevertheless, the calorie content of the food that entered the body in the morning was not high.

By the time of the snack (I have it at 11 o'clock), I was already hungry and thought about what to eat, not about work.

Snack - rye bread (20 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (80 g) and a little cucumber.

It turned out to be a snack for 260 kcal.

During work, I ate 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

For lunch, I had boiled mackerel from yesterday's dinner, and for a side dish with mackerel, I quickly sent potatoes with vegetables - onions and carrots to bake.

Lunch - 150 g of boiled mackerel, 190 g of baked potatoes and half a tomato (60 g).

It turned out lunch for 420 kcal.

For dinner I have a turkey breast stewed with vegetables (280g). I had a little honey agaric (I cooked fried potatoes with mushrooms for the family) and added the remaining mushrooms to the turkey and just stewed it longer when I warmed up my dinner.

Dinner turned out - 250 kcal.

In the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, instead of the usual dried fruits with tea, I ate 150 g of orange - 55 kcal.

While we have red oranges in our stores, and even for a promotion, I use the moment. Nothing can be compared with ordinary oranges.

In total, 1325 kcal were obtained in a day.

It seems that I ate and ate all day, but I could not get the number of calories I need now 🤷‍♂️.

And I also wanted to share with you information not related to weight loss. But perhaps it will be interesting and useful to someone.

I recently learned that our LCD has a general chat for joint purchases.

A very profitable topic. I have already participated in the joint purchase of household chemicals and Ivanovo textiles.

The point is that activists find online stores with wholesale prices that depend on a certain purchase amounts (there are permanent sites on which they are often purchased as needed, for example, household chemistry).

Those who wish to choose the product they need and transfer their order to the organizer of the purchase. Everything else is done by the organizer of the purchase - he forms a general order (if necessary, he offers to get some positions, if necessary, collects payment from everyone, communicates with the store, delivers the order and distributes him). The organizer has 10-15% of the amount of your order for his work. Even taking into account the costs of delivery and organizational collection, there is a very decent savings. This is how I ordered the Ivanovo walking suit for 900 rubles, while ordering it myself is the minimum of 1200 rubles plus delivery.

Surely there are those who have known all this for a long time. But maybe there are people like me who only recently began to use this opportunity to save money.
