In order for the coarse-grained cottage cheese to be chopped to the maximum and absolutely not felt in the final dish, it is better to grind it through a fine sieve or interrupt in a blender. Throw it in a bowl, add an egg. With the kitchen machine on at full power, turn the contents into a homogeneous mass.

Then add the required portion of sugar. The amount of sweetener can be adjusted independently, according to personal preferences.
