A very simple way to make your cake look expensive. Decorate it with fresh flowers.

When I started watching and cakes, I had a problem with the decor. Expectations of a beautiful cake in reality were not justified.
But the cake decoration with fresh flowers are always saved me when I was in a situation like the one below.
The decor of flowers created very quickly and easily. But their use is important to consider some of the nuances. The most important caveat - the flowers can be grown using chemical fertilizers.
To the remains of these fertilizers have not been put in the cake, the flowers need to be pre-treated. I show an example of how to decorate the cake with fresh flowers.
How to prepare flowers for cake decoration
Fresh flowers rinsed under cold running water. Then spread on a towel to dry and give a moisture residues. Cropped buds, so that it may be about one to two centimeters.
Deciduous petals break away from the bud, they may fall on the cake, but we do not need it. Small pieces of edible film tightly wrap the stem of a flower. And so did the rest of the buds.
After this simple procedure, the flowers can be used as decoration for the cake.
P.S. Cake decorating colors are best not earlier than two hours, and preferably immediately before serving the cake. Fresh flowers from the lack of water quickly wither.
