Ingredients:
Pork - 500 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 70 g
Petiole celery - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Champignons - 150 g
Thyme - 3 g
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Meat broth - 1 glass
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Dill - 5 branches
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
To cook Pork Stew with Gravy, prepare all the ingredients listed below. It is best to take the back or shoulder blade. Wash it under running water, pat dry with paper towels.
Peel, wash and dry onions, carrots and garlic. If desired, you can remove the skin from the mushroom caps.
Cut the pork meat into small cubes about 2-2.5 centimeters, put in preheated in a pan lean refined oil, fry on all sides over high heat until golden brown about 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat under the pan, add coarsely chopped carrots and onions in half rings. Cook vegetables with meat for 5-7 minutes.
After a while, send the mushrooms and celery cut into thin slices into the pan. Simmer all together for 3 minutes, then pour in broth or drinking water. Simmer over low heat under a slightly open lid for 10-15 minutes.
Now add the tomato sauce and thyme to the gravy. Keep on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Then add thick sour cream with a low percentage of fat and a crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper the gravy to taste.
Once the gravy comes to a boil for the last time, turn off the heat immediately under the pan. Add chopped greens, mix. Leave the finished dish under the lid to brew for a couple of minutes.
Cook favorite garnish your family, pour the gravy over it, top with the meat and vegetables and serve.
