Today, a fairly simple, but, in my opinion, unusual recipe is stuffed eggs. This recipe is unusual in that already boiled eggs are baked in the oven. This appetizer can be eaten both cold and warm, perfect for an aperitif.
The first thing to do is boil the eggs, this time I use 6 of them. While the eggs are boiling, you can prepare the rest of the ingredients and turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Next, you need to start preparing the filling - cut the smoked bacon into small cubes, you can replace it with a good sausage, you only need 80-100 grams.
I send the chopped bacon to a preheated pan and fry it, do not add oil.
While the bacon is fried, you can peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half and remove the yolks. In a bowl I combine yolks, fried bacon or sausage, grated cheese (80 grams) and half a teaspoon of hot mustard. I mix everything well, if the mixture turns out to be dryish, then you can add one tablespoon of sour cream. Don't forget to add salt.
The resulting mixture must be stuffed with eggs.
We send the stuffed eggs to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, if you wish, you can sprinkle the top with cheese, but I don't.
