This name was given to these meatballs, my husband, all because they are incredibly tasty, juicy and look beautiful. Although I found this recipe is called "ball of yarn". For me, they are good because they are not hard to prepare, from a small number of products and leaves not much time to prepare.

So I just made mincemeat with garlic and onions, 800 grams of meat (pork, chicken) 2 medium-sized onions and 2 cloves of garlic.

Salt and pepper, add 0.5 teaspoon of paprika and a little parsley, mix well. Minced 8 small balls formed.

Plast puff pastry unrolled 0.3 cm thick and cut into thin strips of 0.6 cm width. Each bulb wrapped test strips, each took 3 pieces.

Meatballs laid on greased baking tray and yolk, sent in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The result is a very effective, delicious dish that can be served either alone or with the garnish.
