It is the stewing of food in the oven that allows you to preserve the maximum amount of vitamins, which is very important.

Today we are preparing meat in pots, which we supplement with potatoes and other vegetables. Fry the beef and vegetables in oil. The crust of melted hard cheese will make the crusty top of the dish. It comes out very tasty and aromatic, and all the ingredients are soft and juicy.

Ingredients:

Beef pulp - 400 gr.

Potatoes - 300 gr.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 200 gr.

Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons

Tomatoes - 100 gr.

Water - 300 ml.

Paprika - 0.5 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

How to cook:

Rinse the meat, cut into medium-sized pieces. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan, heat it well, put the beef. Cook over high heat for the next 5 minutes, about 2.5 minutes on each side. After frying, sprinkle the meat with salt and ground pepper.

Prepare vegetables in parallel. Remove the top layer from carrots and onions, rinse them. Dice the onion and cut the carrots into flat triangles. If desired, the latter can be grated on a coarse grater.

Move the fried meat to the side, pour another spoonful of oil onto an empty surface, throw in the vegetable mixture. Pass for 3 minutes.
