Making pancakes according to this recipe will not be difficult, the main thing is the right products and a good mood. Due to the combination of kefir, soda and boiling water, the baking surface is covered with small holes and the pancake acquires an interesting structure.

Ingredients:

Kefir - 200 ml.

Water (boiling water) - 50 ml.

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Soda - 0.5 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Wheat flour - ½ cup

Prepare the products according to the recipe list and start kneading the dough.

Pour kefir of any fat content into a deep bowl - this will not play a big role in this recipe, the only thing that will affect is the calorie content of the finished product. Add sugar and baking soda. Stir and wait for the reaction, after a couple of seconds the liquid will foam and increase in volume. If you like the smell of vanilla, add some vanilla sugar.

Then beat in a chicken egg and shake the mass with a whisk. It must completely disperse through the liquid and connect with it.

Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and pour in boiling water. Mix everything thoroughly with quick movements.

Next, add wheat flour, previously sifted through a fine sieve. Then, armed with a whisk, bring the dough to the desired consistency. It should not be too thick and homogeneous.

Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave the dough at room temperature for 20-25 minutes. After a while, air bubbles will appear on its surface.

Grease the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat it as hot as possible. The hotter the surface, the more delicate the baked goods will be. Pour a dough portion and in a circular motion distribute it over the bottom, forming a round pancake.

Heat medium and wait until the pancake is covered with small holes. By this time, there should be no wet areas on its surface. And only then turn over to the other side. Fry for another minute and remove from heat. Fry all the pancakes this way.

Very beautiful and delicious lace pancakes on kefir with holes are ready. They turned out to be soft, fragrant and plastic.

You need to serve pancakes hot, complementing with a variety of goodies, such as: jam, sour cream, condensed milk, chocolate sauce or caramel. And, of course, a cup of herbal tea or a glass of cool milk will not hurt.
