For lovers of quick, lightly salted cucumbers, I want to offer a simply amazing recipe, which I myself have been using for many years and I advise you. They are salted dry in a sealed bag in a very short time. If you are planning a party but forgot to buy lightly salted cucumbers, you will have several hours to prepare them yourself. Well, if you grow these vegetables yourself in the country, then in the summer this recipe will be simply irreplaceable for your family.

Ingredients:
Cucumbers - 1 kg
Dill - 30 g
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove
How to do:
Prepare the groceries according to the list and the zip bag. Buy cucumbers for pickling in this way strong, elastic, preferably with pimples and a small size.
So, let's begin. Cucumbers need to be washed under running water, cut off the tails on both sides, and taste. If suddenly some turn out to be bitter, they need to be thrown away so as not to spoil the taste of all the other cucumbers.
Wash and dry the dill branches, chop them coarsely together with the stems.
Cut the garlic into thin slices, break the bay leaf, you need it to give its aroma to the cucumbers.
Fold cucumbers, chopped dill, garlic, bay leaf into a sealed tight bag with a zipper. Add salt and sugar if desired.
Close the clasp on the bag, leaving some air inside. Stir the cucumbers together with the other ingredients vigorously. Leave the bag at room temperature for an hour and a half. Then move it to the refrigerator and leave it there for another 4-5 hours.
After six hours, lightly salted cucumbers will be ready. By the way, if you cut them in half lengthwise, they will be salted in a shorter time.
After a while, remove the ready-made lightly salted cucumbers from the bag, shave off the remaining salt, dill and bay leaf. Everyone, serve them on the table. This is a great appetizer to any lunchtime main course, not to mention a glass of vodka.
