Minced sausages can be prepared in the evening, and in the morning you can cook and enjoy homemade, proper sausage!
Products:
Minced meat - 500 gr. (chicken or turkey)
Milk - 200 ml. (can be cream)
Spice:
Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
Grilling spices (possible for meat) - to taste
Nutmeg - just a little, on the tip of a knife
Salt to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
1. Add spices and milk to the minced meat, mix.
2. We send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. We take a sheet of baking paper. We spread 2 tbsp. minced meat and form a sausage, twist it with candy and tie it with a thread on both sides.

From this amount of minced meat, 5 sausages are obtained.
4. Put the sausages in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. That's it, the sausages are ready.
