You can cook delicious chicken and potatoes in a slow cooker in just 40 minutes if you purchased broiler poultry. The dish will turn out fragrant, juicy and appetizing. Optionally, the potatoes can be cut into wedges or quarters, but if you have a crumbly variety of this vegetable, cook the peeled potatoes whole. They will soak in chicken broth and become incredibly tasty.

Due to the fact that the technique will take over the creation of the dish, you will have free time. You don't even need to look into the multicooker bowl, the main thing is to pour in a certain amount of water so that neither the potatoes nor the chicken pieces are burnt. However, modern technology is equipped with various sensors that will signal you if the liquid has run out!

This dish is best served with various sauces and fresh herbs, salads from fresh vegetables.

Rinse the chicken parts in water, cut off the veins from them and put them in a multicooker container. If desired, you can use any part of the chicken, but preferably not fillet, since it is practically fat-free, and it is required - the potatoes will absorb it and become juicy and aromatic.

Peel vegetables, rinse in water and place in a bowl with meat.

Sprinkle everything with salt and ground black pepper to taste. You can add other spices, for example: ground paprika, dried thyme or garlic, etc.

Peel the onion and rinse it in tap water, cut into half rings and add to the container along with the bay leaves. Pour in hot water.

Do not add peppercorns, as if the potatoes are boiled, it will be difficult for you to remove them.

Turn on the "Stew" or "Chicken" / "Meat" mode on the multicooker display for 40 minutes, cover the equipment with the lid and go about your business. Add the peeled compressed garlic cloves 5 minutes before the end of the program.

An audible signal will notify you that the dish is ready. Carefully open the lid of the multicooker so as not to burn yourself with the steam, and pierce the large potatoes with a fork. If it is ready, turn off the power to the equipment. If not, then cook the dish for another 10-15 minutes.
