Smoked chicken - 300 gr.
Korean carrots - 150 gr.
Canned beans - ½ bnk.
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Hard cheese - 80 gr.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.

We prepare products according to the list. I bought Korean carrots and beans ready-made, so it will take no more than 10 minutes to assemble the salad itself. For a budget option, you can prepare such carrots yourself in advance and boil the beans.
Any part of smoked chicken - wings, breast, drumstick or thigh - is suitable as meat. Mayonnaise in salad can be replaced with natural yogurt without additives or low-fat sour cream.
It is advisable to take red bell pepper, it will give the desired sweetness to the salad. We wash and clean it from seeds. Cut into small strips. Put pepper and all the following ingredients in a salad bowl.
Cut the peeled onions into thin, almost transparent half rings. He will add spice to the dish.
Next, grind the smoked chicken: remove the skin, remove the bones, cut the meat into neat strips.
Slightly squeeze the Korean carrots from the marinade, cut them, if long, into small pieces. Drain the liquid from canned beans. We also send legumes to the salad bowl.
