Baking with curd filling always pleases with its taste. Loose cottage cheese pie is ideal for breakfast or a light afternoon snack. It is satisfying and healthy.

The pie consists of two parts: the filling and the butter and flour crumbs. I also add nuts to this dough. If desired, they can be replaced with candied fruits or berries, then you will get a new taste of this dessert.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Wheat flour - 320 gr.

Butter - 150 gr.

Sugar - 150 gr.

Baking powder - 10 gr.

Salt - 1 pc.

Filling:

Cottage cheese - 400 gr.

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 100 gr.

Semolina - 2 tbsp.

Vanilla sugar - 5 gr.

Walnuts - 80 gr.

We prepare the necessary ingredients. Put the butter in the freezer half an hour before cooking.

It is better to take cottage cheese friable, and not pasty. With the second, the cake is more moist, it may even seem to you that it is not baked.

Combine cottage cheese with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar. We break the eggs there and mix everything.

Next, add semolina to the filling. Mix again and set aside for now so that it swells a little.

We prepare the nuts. We go through them first from small debris. Then fry in a dry frying pan and, after cooling, grind into large crumbs.

Cover the baking dish with parchment. I prefer the round split, but you can also bake in the square one. This is not so important, since when cooled down, the cake is easily removed from the mold on paper. Just make high parchment sides.

Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl, add a little salt.

Three butter on a coarse grater, add to the flour.

Grind the mass into small crumbs. We do it quickly. We divide the crumb into 2 parts.

We spread half of the crumbs into the mold, lightly tamp it.

Pour the egg and curd filling on top.

Add nuts to the second part of the crumb. Sprinkle the filling with it.

We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until lightly browned for about 45-50 minutes.

Cool it completely in the mold and then take it out. Cut into portions when serving.
