Such pastries can be layered with any cream: custard, chocolate, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, etc. But before that, it is advisable to soak the cakes with sweet syrup.

Ingredients:
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 1 glass
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Wheat flour - 1 glass
Step by step recipe:
We will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. We also need a 200 ml measuring beaker and a split form with a diameter of 18 cm.
The first step is to thoroughly wash the chicken eggs. We dry them, and then separate the whites from the yolks. We place the first in a deep container in which it will be convenient to knead the dough, and shake the second with a fork until smooth.
Beat the whites into a light foam using a mixer.
Then, without stopping whipping, add granulated sugar in small portions. Add some vanilla sugar for flavor.
When the protein mass becomes thick and fluffy, add egg yolks to it, just not all at once, but a tablespoon. Without turning off the mixer.
Then we introduce wheat flour, sifted through a fine sieve.
Gently mix the dough from bottom to top with a silicone spatula. It should turn out to be tender and airy, in consistency like thick sour cream.
Transfer the dough to an ovenproof dish covered with parchment or greased with a thin layer of butter. Let's level.
We send the form with the dough to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. It is better not to open the door during the first 10-15 minutes, otherwise the biscuit will settle.
After a while, check the readiness of the baking with a wooden skewer, inserting it in the center. The stick should remain dry.
After that, leave the biscuit in the form for 5 minutes, and when it cools down a little, put it on the wire rack.

After cooling completely, and this will take at least 3-4 hours, cut the biscuit lengthwise into 3 parts. The biscuit cake layers are ready. We use them for their intended purpose.
