For several days in a row I have been preparing these manna for breakfast. It turns out very tasty, and cooking them is incredibly simple and quick. All the ingredients are available, every housewife always has them, so the recipe is definitely worthy of your attention.
Ingredients:
semolina
milk
water
eggs
salt
sugar
oil
*breadcrumbs
First, we need to cook semolina porridge. To do this, pour 100 ml of water and 100 ml of milk into a saucepan. You can cook with only one milk, but I "save" and dilute it with water.
Immediately add 3 tablespoons of semolina to cold milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of salt and cook thick semolina porridge.
Pay Attention: I add semolina to cold milk, and not to boiling milk, then lumps will not form. Also, stir the porridge constantly while it boils.
So, the porridge is ready, it is cooked very quickly, literally a few minutes after boiling. We cool it down a little, and drive in one egg. Stir immediately so that the egg does not "cook". Add vanillin or vanilla sugar if desired, you can add a little raisins - it will be even tastier. Only raisins need to be steamed for 5-10 minutes in hot water in advance.
We make "cutlets" from the resulting mass. Dip them in breadcrumbs or semolina and fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown on each side for 2-3 minutes.
I advise you to spread the finished manniks on paper towels, they will absorb excess oil. Serve manniki with jam, condensed milk or sour cream. Delicious! Bon appetit my dears!
