Today I want to share the recipe for "Nimble" soup from my childhood - this is soup with sprat in tomato sauce. But he is really very smart, tk. you can cook in 15-20 minutes. Now somehow I rarely remember about him, but the other day I drew attention in the store, to the woman who took sprat in tomato and this soup immediately came to my mind, because this is a taste from my childhood, his mother often used to cooked. Firstly, it is fast, and secondly, it is also very tasty.

Recipe:

Canned sprat in tomato sauce -2 cans

Potatoes -5 pcs (500g)

Onion -1-2pcs

Carrots -1 pc

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Bay leaf -1pc

Greens to taste

COOKING METHOD

We will clean the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into strips, I rinse the potatoes in cold water to wash off the starch.
We take a larger saucepan, pour water 2.5 liters, bring to a boil, now put the potatoes, add salt and cook until the potatoes are ready, it takes about 10 minutes.


During this time, peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Grate one small carrot on a coarse grater.
We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil.
Fry the onions until translucent and add the carrots, fry everything together over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the onion with carrots to the potatoes and add the sprat in the tomato 2 cans, you can add one can, I have a large saucepan so I add 2.

Bring to a boil, taste for salt if necessary, add, add black pepper to taste, herbs and remove from heat, let the soup brew for 10 minutes and can be served for dinner.

The soup is very tasty and aromatic, it is well stored in the refrigerator without losing its taste the next day. I love with sour cream.
