My breakfast today consisted of whole-wheat bread with lettuce and chicken roll, which I made yesterday. I ate a sandwich with green tea. And after breakfast - a banana. I did not forget to take vitamins and omega-3.

Today is the day I got free, do some work on the computer and shone himself cleaning the apartment.
Snacking apple and drank green tea with chocolate - 145kkal.
For lunch, chicken soup again "ala pickle" with lentils, potatoes and a bit of sour cream 10% - 230 kcal.
Since the soups are usually low in calories, you can afford to dinner and dessert.
Today I made on a sample of sour milk dessert with cocoa, turned a peculiar souffle. Quite tasty and low-calorie! Portion 160 gr turned on 125 kcal.
It is simple - 300 g sour milk, 5 g of cocoa, 10 g gelatin, sugar to taste. Gelatin in 50 ml of boiling water to complete dissolution of all the ingredients and then shake up very well with a mixer at high speed. And in the refrigerator. After 40 minutes, already stiffened.
For dinner, I warmed chicken roll with mushrooms and cheese and vegetable salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and arugula.
Dinner came to 275 kcal.
And up to 3 hours before bedtime, I drank a cup of yogurt with cinnamon - 115 kcal.
I drank the water rate. Water I will drink 15-20 minutes before each meal, and by a few during the day.
A total calories per day out - in 1165.
