For breakfast sandwiches for wholemeal bread (55 g) with 10 g butter and 60 g of salmon. With sandwiches - green tea.

Breakfast came on 335 kcal.

I recall that whole wheat bread - slow carbohydrates, which are required by the body, even when losing weight. I, for example, after all of your favorite cereals (porridge and the same carbohydrate) want to eat in about half an hour, but the sandwiches provide saturation for a long time. At the same time this provides breakfast and lords and fats and complex carbohydrates.



Once I even conducted an experiment - week without bread. And I want to say that the result of weight loss in case of failure of the bread and the most carbohydrates did not go faster. The main thing - a calorie deficit in losing weight and balance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, which is more important for the body's health, well-being.

Yesterday I managed to buy a wonderful mangoes, of which I have tried yesterday after dinner.

200 grams of mango snack - 135 kcal.

For lunch, I and the whole family was buckwheat and PP chakhokhbili whose recipe sure to share with you soon.

I ate 130 grams of boiled buckwheat, and 200 grams chakhokhbili - 385 kcal.

By the way, if such chakhokhbili prepared from breast - calorie will be even less. I think that this dish for a long time in my menu. Soon I will share a recipe, be sure!

For dinner, I had a salad with two eggs and 100 grams of cucumber, which I tucked a 35 g sour cream 10%.

It turned out to dinner 250 kcal.

Plus during the day was 25 grams of peanuts and 30 g dried cranberries - only 230 kcal.

And finally the day came in 1335 kcal.
