Appetizing and delicious salad with corn and beans - another recipe in your piggy bank from the series "cook in 5 minutes". It is both juicy and hearty, it can replace a light lunch. And it also contains such multi-colored and vitamin vegetables.
Beans can be boiled in advance, just soak them before boiling. It is better to take seasonal tomatoes, because a salad prepared with greenhouses will differ in taste, not in favor of the latter. You can use purchased crackers, which will shorten the cooking time, but I prefer to dry them myself.

Ingredients:
Canned corn - 150 gr.
Canned beans - 150 gr.
Tomato - 2 pcs.
Baton - 100 gr.
Ham - 150 gr.
Garlic - 1-2 sbc.
Salt and mayonnaise to taste
Step by step recipe:
We prepare products according to the list. Optionally, the ham can be substituted for semi-smoked sausage or smoked chicken. It is better to take yesterday's loaf for croutons, since fresh will crumble and it is not so convenient to cut it.
We cut the loaf into slices, cut off the crust from all sides. Grind the white crumb into cubes of the same size. Sprinkle the bread with a little fine salt and spices.
We put a dry frying pan on medium heat, dry the croutons, periodically turning over. Or we dry them in the oven at a low temperature. I find it inappropriate to turn on the oven because of such a small amount of bread.
Chop the ham into cubes.
We do the same with a tomato.
Mix for refueling mayonnaise and a clove of garlic minced through a garlic press. If you like the freshness of greens in salads, you can add finely chopped fresh dill.
When serving in portions, lay the dish in layers. The first is ham.
Lubricate all layers with mayonnaise with the addition of garlic or apply a mayonnaise mesh.
Drain the liquid from canned beans and corn. Put the legumes in a salad bowl.
Our next ingredient in the salad is tomato. Let's not forget about mayonnaise. Now let the dish cool slightly before serving in the refrigerator.
When serving, sprinkle with croutons.
