One of the hearty and nutritious dishes for lunch or dinner is rice with meat in the oven. Today I want to invite you to pay attention to the basmati rice. It does not boil soft, remains intact, comes out crumbly - therefore, the result will delight everyone.
Rice can be cooked with any type of meat, it all depends on your taste preferences. I am impressed by the addition of turkey here, but with chicken, beef or pork, it turns out well too. Among other things, add carrots and chopped onions here.
You can serve the finished dish with homemade pickles, light vegetable salads or herbs.

Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 glasses
Turkey - 300 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.
Spices for meat - 1 tsp
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. To cook rice, take a heatproof dish and immediately heat the oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Lightly oil the form - a thin, thin layer. Pour in prepared rice.
Peel the onion, rinse. Cut into small cubes, load the slices to the rice.
Peel and wash carrots, dry. Then cut it into cubes. Add the sliced carrots to the mold.
Choose chilled turkey fillets, not frozen. Rinse the meat, dry it. Then cut into small pieces and add to the container.
Pour in salt, pepper, dry garlic and spices at once at your discretion.
Pour a couple of glasses of warm water into the mold, then seal it with foil and put in the oven. Cook the turkey rice for 25 minutes.
After a while, arrange the finished dish on plates and serve.
