Ingredients:
Pork (loin) - 400 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Green onions - 3 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 50 g
Champignons - 150 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
How to cook:
To cook pork under a fur coat in the oven, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Peel the potatoes and onions, wash them under running water along with the rest of the vegetables. The meat also needs to be washed and wiped dry with paper towels.
Place the pork in a disposable food bag or wrap it in plastic wrap, place it on a cutting board, and beat it thinly with a kitchen hammer.
Place the beaten meat in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat lean refined oil in a small frying pan, send chopped onions into it. Fry for a couple of minutes until transparent.
Then add the mushrooms cut into thin slices, cook them for 5 minutes along with the onions. Let the mushroom filling cool slightly.
At this time, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess liquid. Spread the potato chips in a thin layer over the meat, season with salt and pepper.
There is one point: you must be absolutely sure of the type of potato and that it will cook in 50 minutes in the oven. If there is no such confidence, it is better to boil it whole for 5 minutes, and then rub it.
