Salad with fried mushrooms

One of my favorite dishes that I often cook is a salad with fried mushrooms. It always turns out tasty and satisfying, nutritious. For dressing, I like to use vegetable oil, ground aromatic pepper. If desired, a spoonful of thick sour cream will perfectly fit here.

Try to choose the most delicious cucumbers so that they are moderately sour, crispy. We will certainly add some canned peas to the dish, in combination with the rest of the ingredients, an incomparable result will come out.

You can serve such a salad to the table both independently and with various side dishes.

Ingredients:

Champignons - 300 g

Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Canned peas - 80 g

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare food.

Wash and dry the champignons, after which they can be peeled. Cut into small cubes or any arbitrary segments. Warm up the pan, pour in a spoonful of oil, fry the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes.

Boil the potatoes the day before and cool, peel. Cut into medium-sized cubes, send to a bowl.

You can even choose cucumbers barrel, vigorous. Cut them into cubes, transfer to a salad bowl.

Open a jar of peas, send them to the rest of the ingredients.
