Many people know and love today's version of the dish that I want to offer to cook - this is French meat with potatoes in the oven. Baking it is as easy as shelling pears, the end result is always a delicate, amazing taste. Such a treat will decorate even a banquet table with dignity.
It is important to choose fresh and good pork, with layers of fat. In addition to meat, the composition includes potatoes, juicy tomatoes and onions. A little bit of garlic adds zest to the dish. Sour cream and cheese are responsible for the delicate creamy note.
You can serve the finished dish to the table with various fresh vegetables, sauces, pickles and other homemade preparations.
