Delicious and healthy dish. It was my first time making it, but I will definitely make it again. Which is what I advise you. If there is no slow cooker, I am sure that the same thing can be cooked using a frying pan or a saucepan.
Ingredients: Cabbage, Large onion, Carrot, Mushrooms, Salt, pepper, favorite spices, Tomato paste, Boiled water
Cooking method:
My mushrooms, clean, cut. You can use plates, but I like the mushrooms to be felt, so I cut them into four parts. They are not small for me. Three carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes. Finely chop the cabbage.
We turn on the "FRY" mode, put the mushrooms into the heated bowl. Fry for 7-8 minutes without oil to evaporate the water from the mushrooms.
Pour a couple of tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, add onions and carrots. Fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cabbage, pour water. We mix. Add spices, salt. Set the mode "EXTINGUISHING" and time 40 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, add the tomato paste, mix and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Everything is ready. You can add sour cream to the plate and consume. You'll like it. Have a nice one!)))
