Chlorophyll is the blood of plants. The composition of "green blood" is identical with our blood (hemoglobin), therefore it is so important to include in your diet is more "green tea", so that there is healthy blood, and, accordingly, excellent well-being.
It is a great blessing that greens have bactericidal properties and cleanse the blood of all unnecessary things (such an easy way to improve your health under our noses).
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 2 pieces
2. Green onions - bunch
3. Dill - bunch
4. Lemon - slice
5. Salt to taste (good quality)
6. Ground black pepper - a pinch
7. Ground Zira - a pinch
8. Garlic greens - 1-2 feathers
(you can add more greens: arugula, cilantro, parsley, etc.)
Preparation
We take a cucumber and herbs, wash thoroughly under running water (you can soak an hour in soda or salted water).
Grate the cucumber on a coarse or fine grater (without peeling, since we need more greens), finely chop the garlic, onion and dill, salt, pepper, add cumin, squeeze lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
