#games Chicken liver we love in different ways. I made fried food for dinner yesterday. But, as it is now fashionable to say, with a secret ingredient. Of course, I will now open all the cards for you. Since I promised a liver with fried semolina, first about her, because she should be cooked first.
Ingredients: semolina, salt, butter, boiling water, the liver itself, onions, salt and pepper, a set of spices for pizza (the same secret ingredient - one sachet or incomplete teaspoon), turmeric, vegetable oil, butter
Cooking method:
I dissolve the butter in a deep saucepan, pour out the semolina, salt and, stirring constantly, fry until slightly golden. You can fry to a more saturated brown, but it is only advisable not to burn it, otherwise the porridge will be bitter. Focus on a pleasant nutty flavor.
When you decide that it is enough to fry and semolina has acquired a beautiful shade, make a minimum fire and start pouring boiling water. ATTENTION! This procedure requires caution. As soon as boiling water enters the pan, the porridge begins to resent, spit and can burn. Therefore, use a spoon or wooden spatula with a long handle. First, pour in half of the boiling water, stir the porridge well, and then pour in the rest of the boiling water in 2 more steps, stirring the porridge so that lumps do not form.
You should get something like this consistency of porridge. Try it. If the porridge is not ready, remove it from the heat, close the lid and wrap it in a towel. In 7-10 minutes it will be ready perfectly. Finished with porridge. Let her rest. In the meantime, we'll take care of the cookies.
Wash the liver and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, add all the spices. Mix and set aside. Put the liver, but so that the pieces lie freely. Fry quickly on both sides over high heat. Reduce the heat to minimum, cover the liver with onion on top and leave for 1-2 minutes under the lid.
Now you can serve porridge with liver. This is delicious! Don't forget the vegetable salad - it will come in handy. Bon Appetit!
