Butter - 2 tbsp
Herbs to taste

Cooking ground beef for burgers. Mix the minced chicken, bread soaked in milk (or water), egg, garlic, salt and spices. Add the chopped onions. If the stuffing is too "fluid", add 1-2 tablespoons of flour or semolina.
For the filling rub cheese on a grater, eggs, too shred on a grater, put soft butter and herbs. A little salt and pepper. Mix, filling is ready.
