How to lose weight for the New Year?

To the main night of the year is almost here. This means that the time to get fitter less. But sometimes, in order to be transformed, just enough to buy a new dress and lose a few extra kilos.
Do you think this is impossible in such a short time? Meanwhile, to lose weight for the New Year - the problem is a very real and not as difficult as it seems at first glance, - check for yourself.

Thinking on how to lose weight at the same busy schedule and inability to prepare their daily lunch-boxes at home, I decided to try to complete the menu. The choice fell on the program "Grace" from "King of the diet," the well-known nutritionist Queen Marguerite. Bribery of what not to do anything: a menu drawn up and prepared for me.

What are we promising program "Grace"? Power calculated for 1,200 calories a day and helps to lose weight without significant changes in the diet, without the constant feeling of hunger and discomfort.

Sample menu for the day is:

first breakfast (7:00–7:30)
Royal omelet with spinach and vegetables

Lunch (9:00–9:30)
Bruschetta with mascarpone and fresh strawberries

Lunch (11:00–12:00)
Apple straw with red currant

Dinner (13:30–14:30)
Green soup with meatballs and poached egg
Roulade of guinea fowl with dried apricots and vegetables
Salad of zucchini with thyme

afternoon snack (16:00–16:30)
Spicy Vegetables with Grapefruit

Dinner (18:00–18:45)
Shrimp, mussels and scallops in saffron
sauce with zucchini fritters

The feel of the program


Menu for the week is very diverse. Sets it apart is that it is rich in protein food, so saturation occurs quickly and after a meal is not desirable for a long time.
But most importantly - do not pull on the sweet and delicious other hazard.
The result was not long in coming: feeding the Program 1.5 weeks, managed easily and more strenuous exercise to lose weight by 2 kg.
