Flour - 150 g
Water - 50 ml
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Cheese - 100 g

Step by step recipe:
To bake delicious cheese and herb tortillas, take the food listed. These pastries are served immediately after cooking, while still warm or even hot. TO soups, second courses instead of bread, bite with tea or fermented milk drinks like ayrana, kefir and yogurt. If you plan to treat later, not in the heat of the heat, keep the cakes in a paper bag.
So, we start by kneading the dough with boiling water. Mix the wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Sometimes a little sugar is thrown in as a flavor enhancer.
Then pour boiling water into the dry components, lean refined oil (20 ml, leave another 20 ml to grease the frying pan). The first time we interfere with a spatula so as not to burn our palms. Very soon the mass cools down, after a couple of minutes we knead the dough by hand.
We knead thoroughly, bring to softness, plastic state. Add flour along the way, but in parts and to a minimum.
Divide the bun into 3-5 equal parts. We roll out each workpiece on a flat surface thinly-thinly, until transparent.
Put the filling in the middle: chopped green onions, dill, other greens plus cheese. For example, chunks of solid can be easily ripped or cut into slices. Crumble soft cheese. In addition, the filling is complemented with ham, fried mushrooms, garlic, and various spices.
Wrap the flour base in folds to the middle, hide the filling. We roll with a rolling pin from above on both sides, stretch the semi-finished products.
We bake cakes with cheese and herbs in a hot and slightly oiled frying pan - blush for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
If you want to remove the oil, dry the crust of the cakes on a non-stick surface until charring.
The recipe is valid for both the overhead fire and the oven.
