Homemade dumplings with cherries are a welcome dish for many families all year round. Appetizing, nourishing, reminiscent of summer and warm days. Moreover, even frozen fruits do not lose at all either in aroma or in sweet-sour taste, remain saturated and ideal for filling dumplings, pies and other flour products.

Ingredients:
Flour - 350 g
Kefir - 180 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp l.
Salt - 0.25 tsp l.
Cherry b / c - 300 g

Step by step recipe:
To cook dumplings with cherries on kefir, take the products from the list. Fruits can be pitted or pitted, as you like.
The exact amount of flour varies, but premium wheat is used for the dough. It is easier to form without excess juice - pre-hold the cherry berries in a sieve, drain the liquid.
For the softness of the dough, soda or baking powder is introduced. As a rule, sifted soda is shaken until dissolved with kefir or other unsweetened fermented milk drink. The baking powder is mixed with flour.
We start by kneading the dough. Throw a pinch of salt to kefir at room temperature, drive in an egg, beat everything until smooth.
Add about 250 g flour with a serving of baking powder. We stir, we absorb moisture. Along the way, add flour, knead the bun until soft and plastic.
The kefir dough for dumplings is ready. We proceed to sculpting semi-finished products. You can roll out the cake and cut out round blanks with a diameter of about 7-9 cm. It is also easy to pinch off a piece of the coma and stretch the base with your fingers even without a rolling pin.
Put 3-4 cherries on the layers of dough, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
We fasten the dough, form "crescents" - in this form, the dumplings are frozen for future use or boiled immediately.
Freeze on a floured board in one layer. Once set, transfer to a convenient bag or container. Cook semi-finished products in the usual way without thawing (immerse frozen in boiling water).
We immerse the semi-finished dumplings in salted boiling water, after surfacing on the surface, boil for 1-2 minutes and discard in a colander.
For the best taste, I advise you to season the dumplings with cherries with butter, sprinkle with sugar and serve with sour cream.
