After two weeks of rest in a luxurious sanatorium, I just can't return to reality. I lost the habit of cooking. I got used to it ready-made. And in any way after arrival we will not be going to go to the store for groceries. There is almost nothing in the fridge.

But I found food for pancakes)) There was just a little milk in the freezer. I have already said that if milk remains, I freeze it. After defrosting, it is exactly the same. Freezing allows you to keep it for a long time (if you suddenly need to leave for a while or if you suddenly bought a lot and did not use it). So it will definitely not turn sour and even after a month or two it will not deteriorate.

In general, I took out the milk from the freezer and thawed it. To make it faster, I just dipped the bottle into warm water.

I will move on to pancakes and the secret of their preparation, which I want to tell you about.

I do not like it when the pancakes are "rubbery" (I think that not only me). But sometimes this is what happened.

And recently I read in some old mom's magazine that you need to beat egg yolks and whites separately. And then the pancake dough will turn out to be tender, and the pancakes will be more fluffy and fluffy. But at the same time, the pancakes will remain thin, as we like))

Separated the yolks from the whites. I ground the yolks with sugar, added all the ingredients to them.

And already at the very end, with a spatula, she carefully mixed the proteins whipped with a pinch of salt into the dough.

In general, delight! I made great pancakes! The most delicate! For a long time such did not work! There, in the freezer, I had some cottage cheese. We also managed to make several pieces with filling.

Try to separate the yolks from the whites and prepare the pancake dough as I wrote above. The result is really amazing!
