In addition, a huge variety of dishes can be prepared from this plant product.

And today I want to bring to your attention the very simplest salad that I make from 2 ingredients - beans and potatoes! It would seem that this is too little for a salad... But no! Try it and see for yourself!

Cooking ingredients:

Boiled red beans - the amount can be adjusted (300 g)
Boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs. (you can also adjust the amount)
Greens to taste
Salt, black pepper
You can fill the salad with vegetable oil, or just lemon juice

To prepare this salad, take dry beans, soak them for several hours in cold water. Then we rinse, fill again with water and set to cook - cook until tender, at the end of cooking add salt to taste. Or... We just use canned beans. Cook potatoes in their skins.

Cool the boiled potatoes, peel and cut into cubes (like on Olivier), put them in a bowl along with the beans.

Add chopped herbs - especially delicious with fresh dill and green onions, but that's... As the saying goes "The taste and color ...". Salt, pepper, mix.

And now, about what to fill the salad with? In fact... You can fill it with anything, even sour cream and mayonnaise. But, much tastier... And easier and easier! And, I think many will agree with me - this is to season the salad with vegetable oil. Or just drizzle with lemon juice. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
