Ingredients:

Puffed rice - 130 g

Dried cranberries - 60 g

Butter - 40 g

Marshmallow - 200 g

Vegetable oil (for lubricating molds) - ½ tsp.

Cream (fat content - from 30%) - 100 ml

Kaymak cheese - 250 g

Powdered sugar - 4 tablespoons (or to taste)

Decor - to taste

Let's prepare the ingredients. If puffed rice is pressed in packs, we will disassemble it into separate grains, having previously released from the packaging.

Rinse the dried cranberries, dry them on paper towels and chop them with a blender or knife.

As a cream for decorating baskets, you can use whipped cream with powdered sugar. And we chose a creamy curd cream, the products for it must be well cooled.

Let's prepare the molds right away. You will need them for portioned muffins. Take tough silicone molds. This will make it easier to shape the baskets and then remove them.

Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil and set aside for now.

For the cream with a mixer, beat the kaymak, cream and icing sugar until a steady peak. The decoration for the baskets should not be too sweet, so we use a little powder.

Put the finished cream into a pastry bag with a nozzle and put it in the refrigerator.

Mix the puffed rice with dried cranberries.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and dip the marshmallows into it. We need to melt the marshmallows. We will do this over low heat, stirring constantly. The process is not quick, it will take about 15-20 minutes to melt.

By the way, about marshmallows: a two-color, white, large or small product will do. And if there is a marshmallow cream available, then this will significantly speed up the process of preparing a dessert.

Pour the melted marshmallow into the puffed rice and cranberry mixture. Mix with two spoons so that the marshmallow mass is evenly distributed in the rice. We act quickly, after the marshmallow cools down, the mass will harden, and it will be difficult to work with it further.

While the sweet mixture is hot, put it in the molds and slightly condense. We put the blanks in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to solidify.

We take the finished baskets out of the molds, transfer them to a serving dish or cake dish and decorate with a cream cap. And how to decorate a cream hat - it already depends on the occasion. We have prepared themed decoration from colored confectionery chocolate. You can sprinkle dessert with confectionery sprinkles, grated chocolate, or pieces of dried cranberries.
