In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Like all losing weight, my pitches are different, there is a plateau (the word has 3 pieces of them), and there's such gain (mainly due to the stagnation of water and women's days).

But with a swollen face on affairs to go to Moscow I was hurt))).

My breakfast today consisted of PP achmy (120 g) and rye breads thin with chicken pastrami (60 g). Vitamins, omega-3, green tea and forth, things are not waiting.

Breakfast came on 305 kcal.

Traditional snack at 11 o'clock I did not succeed, it is run by state institutions. Even not thought about food.

Freed, ran to her mother in law for an hour, which is fed me chicken soup (well, gold, and not-in-law). And little me my puffy face (and not only) - I dragged salted fish to eat buterbrodik tea (several days dreaming about it). What is called a walk - so to walk.

Thus, at dinner chicken soup with noodles (300 g) and sandwich bread at home (about 50 g) with butter (about 10 g) and 30 g of fish.

Lunch turned about 370 kcal.

Then we walked to a few shops and I went to conquer the subway to her husband's work, then together to reach our suburbs.

The machine has drunk fermented baked (about 400 ml) - 225 kcal.

And at home waiting for the cheese soup to chicken breast - 400 g - 360 kcal.

As a result, the day won 1260 kcal.

After the accumulated fatigue of two mushroom output, today my running around government institutions and then another shopping manifested itself. By the evening was again broken and the water well, I did not want to leave the changing. Here are all one, as they say. Well, nothing will survive.

Drank a little water, even normal green tea is not scored, and at night to drink a lot did not. The next day, again, faced a trip to Moscow on business, and did not want to shine a swollen face again).
