Ingredients:
Butter - 200 gr.
Condensed milk - 300 gr.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
How to cook:
Prepare all the necessary products and devices - a deep or high container so that the mixture does not splash when whipping. For example, a plastic cup is great. Use a high fat content oil.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, about 40 minutes before making the cream. It shouldn't melt completely, just become softer and more elastic. Cut it into pieces, place in a container.
Beat it separately with a mixer or a powerful electric whisk. Beat for at least 2-3 minutes.
As a result, you will get a thick, dense mass.
Without stopping the mixer, pour the condensed milk into the butter in a thin stream. Continue whisking.
