Ingredients:
Dough:
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- kefir - 1 tbsp.
- semolina - 3 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 1 tsp l.
- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
- soda - 1 tsp l.
- egg - 1 pc.
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Filling:
- onion - 1 pc.
- sardine in oil - 1 can
- sesame seeds - for sprinkling
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the pie filling. Chop the onion finely. Fry chopped onions in a little sunflower oil until golden brown.
2. Put the sardine without oil in a bowl and add the fried onions. We knead everything with a fork.
3. Cooking the dough. Break an egg into a bowl, pour kefir, add salt and sugar. Whisk everything a little.
Add 3 tbsp to this mixture. l. sunflower oil.
4. Add baking soda and flour and mix.
Add semolina here. Mix everything until smooth.
5. Grease the baking dish with butter.. and sprinkle with flour.
Pour about half of the dough into a mold and distribute it along the bottom.
6. Spread the filling evenly on the dough.
Fill everything on top with the remaining dough.
7. Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds.
8. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 30 minutes.
