Stewed cabbage with chicken is a simple and quick option for a healthy and proper lunch / dinner. Preparing such a dish is as easy as shelling pears. The addition of tender chicken fillet will only make it more aromatic and even slightly sweetish, tender. You can stew everything in tomato sauce or use a little tomato and a spoonful of sour cream. You can always add some potatoes to this dish or bake them separately.

Ingredients:
Cabbage - 300 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 200 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all components according to the list. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage fork, then rinse and dry it. Peel carrots, onions.
Buy fillets chilled, not frozen.
Cut the cabbage into strips or chop it with a special grater. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Add orange flakes to the cabbage.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
Warm up the frying pan well, grease with vegetable oil. Put cabbage, carrots and onion slices into it at once - fry the vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring with a spatula. Then add fillets to them, throw in all the spices and mix. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Arrange the cooked cabbage with chicken on plates and serve.
