Ingredients
- dough:
- 500 gr flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tsp yeast
- 40 gr butter
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 70 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pc egg
- chit:
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 gr butter
- 150 gr flour
- filling:
- 4-5 pcs apples
- 30 gr butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- egg yolk
Steps
Like most pies, let's start by kneading the dough. After activating the yeast (quick brew), combine everything in a cup and knead for 5-7 minutes. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Let the dough rise (come up) in a warm place under the film, about 1 hour in time.
While the dough is settling, prepare a sweet crumb - Streusel. It is very simple to prepare, mix sugar with flour and grind with butter.
Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Add in butter for 7 minutes, add cinnamon at the end.
Lightly knead the finished dough and divide into 8 equal parts. We roll the blanks into the koloboks and let them lie under the film for 5 minutes. Roll each blank into a cake, pour crumbs halfway. Fold in half.
A little more crumbs and an apple filling on each edge of the half-moon cake. We twist to the center and get a double roll. We collect everything on a prepared baking sheet or in a split form. The cake is just a miracle, like a flower!
We give the cake time to rise (under the film) for minutes, then grease with yolk and sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs. Video recipe with all flavors here
We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, 35-40 minutes. If necessary, at the end of baking, cover the top with foil so that it does not burn.
Delicious and great! Cook to your health!
