Wheat loaf - 100 gr.

Milk - 100 ml.

Egg - 4 pcs.

Onions - 1 pc.

Flour - 1 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Soak the loaf in milk, then squeeze the crumb well from the liquid.

Peel the onion. Chop finely with a knife or beat with a blender into gruel. Combine the onion with minced meat.

Beat in an egg, add a loaf soaked in milk. Stir the mixture thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.

Lay the foil on the work surface in two layers. Put the minced meat on top, form a rectangular layer.

Open the roll from the foil 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Brush it with soy sauce and continue baking. So he will get a beautiful ruddy crust on top.
