Bananas in chocolate are one of the most favorite treats for both adults and children. Preparing such a dessert is not only very simple, but also quite fast. The most tedious thing in the process is to wait for the delicacy to cool, since it is in the cold form that it is most delicious. This dessert is perfect for any festive feast, all guests eat it with great pleasure.

Ingredients:
Large bananas - 6 pcs.
Milk chocolate - 140 g
White chocolate - 50 g
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Bananas should be slightly greenish and keep their shape well, it will be difficult to work with ripe ones.
The only thing I want to draw your attention to is that there is no need to skimp on chocolate. The better it is, the better it will be heated in a water bath or in a microwave, and this affects the finished dish very strongly.
Peel the bananas, place them on a cutting board, and cut each sideways into two equal halves.
Insert a wooden skewer into each banana half. Better, of course, if these are ice cream sticks, but, unfortunately, I did not have them.
Break the milk chocolate, put in a water bath or in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the hot mass until smooth. High-quality chocolate will melt completely, leaving no pieces or lumps.
Holding the banana slices over a bowl, quickly pour the melted chocolate over them using a spoon. If you use skewers, then you need to do this very quickly, since they will begin to scroll in the bananas.
Cover the cutting board with cling foil and transfer the bananas to it. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to freeze the chocolate.
Now break the white chocolate, put it in a water bath or in the microwave, melt it.
Pour melted white chocolate over all the blanks and send them to the refrigerator until they cool completely. You can pour the chocolate mass into a pastry bag and decorate with it.
Serve cooled bananas in chocolate. Very easy to prepare and delicious dessert is ready.
