As the name implies, such cookies are prepared very quickly. Of course, it will take not one or even five minutes, but a little more - the whole process will take you about 40 minutes. As a quick baking option, in case of unexpected guests or just for a family tea party - the recipe is irreplaceable.

The dough is very pliable, easy to use, with only 3 ingredients and no added sugar. Even a child can handle the simplest molding. I recommend the Minutka cookie recipe for novice housewives and young cooks.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 500 g.

Butter - 200 g.

Sour cream - 150 g.

Jam - 200 g.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Prepare all the food you need. I want to draw your attention to the fact that in order for the components to mix better, they must be of the same temperature - preferably room temperature, so remove everything you need from the refrigerator in advance.

Take high-quality butter for baking, made only from real cream, with a fat content of at least 82.5%. For sour cream, it can vary from 15 to 20%, but it must also be natural, without the addition of vegetable fat.

As for flour, now there are a lot of its producers, from the cheapest options to unreasonably expensive - this is not always an indicator of quality. I recommend buying it in the middle price range, but be sure to make sure that it is not snow-white - bleached with chlorine, but has a creamy shade. This flour is best for pastry!

Take a sweeter jam, because our dough is without sweetener. Perfect fit apple, strawberry, raspberry. Less - black currant or cherry.

Use a deep glass or ceramic bowl to knead. Cut the butter into cubes, add sour cream and beat with a mixer or whisk.

Sift flour. Do not be lazy, because it is thanks to this process that it is saturated with oxygen, as a result, the baking will turn out to be more airy.
