" That's how it is so: and terrible, and funny ...

And I want to note - as we have already said, this is an ordinary soup with meatballs and noodles, and in this form make this soup for the first time, and I think that in the last... Too chore! Although for once prepared as possible if there are small children, they will be glad.

I cooked soup in a saucepan three-liter, all the ingredients are calculated on this amount:

Minced meat - any meat, 300g enough
Spaghetti - the most ordinary-long, from any manufacturer, 100-120 grams
Onion, one small head
carrots average
Potatoes - 3-4 tubers
Water
Salt, spices, pepper, herbs to taste all

I have already explained that the "Octopussy" doing a chore \ bit long. Therefore it is better to start with their preparations. Use any stuffing that you prefer or which you have a freezer. And, take any long spaghetti.

In minced meat add salt, pepper, add the chopped garlic, onion, and what some spices to your liking. I just pepper, salt, and nothing more... Minced meat balls form a very small, less than a walnut. Spaghetti break into three parts, and then prick them prepared the meatballs on all sides in a chaotic manner. Making the "landmines First World War" - a joke ...

"Octopussy" prepared - remove aside. Prepare the vegetables. Mine, purify, onions cut into small cubes, carrot grate and fry them in a little oil until soft - just do zazharku. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.

Now take the pan (3 L), pour the water, bring to the boil. The first step is laying the meatballs with spaghetti. If you think that the spaghetti, which are found inside the meatballs, you will be not enough, breaking a little more, in the "free swimming" ...

Already after 2 minutes literally I put the potato (spaghetti and potatoes are cooked in average equally over time) and vegetable zazharku, add salt, bay leaf, and cook 8-10 minutes.

At the end, a minute before the end of cooking, add chopped fresh herbs. To taste - very ordinary soup with meatballs and noodles. Therefore, especially I do not recommend so to bother! But soup nonetheless very tasty!
