It is tender and juicy, it is from it that the most delicious spring salads with radishes and sour cream are obtained. Did you know that excellent cabbage rolls are obtained from young cabbage, and they are prepared much faster than from autumn cabbage? Today we will prepare this delicious, everyone's favorite dish.

Ingredients:

Cabbage leaves - 12 pcs.

Minced pork - 400 g

Rice - 1 glass

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Champignons - 150 g

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Ground pepper - to taste

How to cook:

Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onions and carrots, wash together with cabbage leaves and mushrooms under running water.

You can often buy individual cabbage leaves from sellers, which is very convenient for stuffed cabbage. Put them in a deep bowl, cover with boiling water, leave for 15-20 minutes.

If you use a whole head of cabbage, then carefully cut the stump, put the forks in a saucepan, pour boiling water over it and leave for 30 minutes, so it will be easier to separate the leaves. If possible, remove the top leaves as soon as they begin to soften.

Work on the rest of the ingredients in parallel. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots. Saute vegetables in a little vegetable oil until soft. Add finely chopped mushrooms, leave the dish to cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Now wash the rice. Boil it over high heat until half cooked, the water should boil completely.

Transfer cooled vegetables with rice to a deep bowl. Add minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.

Drain the cabbage leaves and dry them slightly. Place the sheet on a comfortable surface with a full tablespoon of minced meat on top. Roll up with a roll, wrapping the edges inward.

Transfer the cabbage rolls to the skillet. Dissolve the tomato sauce with water, pour it over the cabbage rolls, place the container on the stove. After boiling, salt to taste, make the fire quiet and simmer the dish for 30-35 minutes.

Arrange ready-made cabbage cabbage rolls in portions, pour over with sauce and serve as you like - with sour cream or natural yogurt.
